I know I have been plugging the whole tapping thing lately but it’s because it is a self-care tool that works!
It completely changed my life and even helped my kids to feel more calm and empowered when it comes to dealing with unsettling emotions.
I wanted to share with you one last email. It was one of these very Tapping Meditations with Jessica Ortner that showed me just how powerful this simple tool is and helped me to finally start letting go of all the overwhelm, guilt, frustration and anger I had been holding on to so tightly. It was a massive turning point for me that kick started me on my journey back to self-care and learning the true art or falling in love with taking care of me again.
